Zhu Fenfen, sales manager, joined ROXZ in 2012 and is responsible for the maintenance of foreign customers. In 2020, the sales exceeded the budget and the payment rate was good. He also led and cooperated with the technology and supply chain departments to promote cost reduction and developed new foreign customers. Yang Gongbing, design engineer, joined ROXZ in 2013. As a senior employee, he has been working in the trial production process position. Zhao Ronghui, mold repairer, joined ROXZ in 2009. This year, he led the members of the mold team to complete the list of all molds in the mold library, which brought great convenience to mold management.

Yao Hongrao, inspector, joined ROXZ in 2013. He has been transferred from outsourcing inspection to inspection for nearly a year. He has worked hard to learn the operation and production process of work-related MES systems, as well as customer requirements for appearance, and improve his professionalism. level.

Li Zhongzhen, quality engineer, joined ROXZ in 2008. In 2020, he optimized the upper and lower shell leak detection tooling, changed the existing tooling material, and improved work efficiency; eliminated the time waste caused by tooling replacement, and solved customer complaints caused by misjudgment of tooling. Optimized high-voltage electrical performance tooling, increased production capacity, solved the problems of untimely long-term inspection, product backlog and delayed delivery due to inspection cycle; saved costs and inspection man-hours and sulfur SF6 gas.

Wang Shaopeng, sandblaster, joined ROXZ in 2020 and is engaged in the sandblasting position in the supply chain. Although the working environment of the sandblasting position is difficult, he is serious and responsible for his work, and can continuously and actively improve the problems that arise in his work, and do his best own job.

Shan Hainian, pouring worker, joined ROXZ in 2016 and is engaged in high-pressure pouring work. Ding Lifeng, injection operator, joined ROXZ in 2011 and is engaged in the work of injection operator in the medium pressure workshop. Tan Yafeng, injection operator, joined ROXZ in 2018 and is engaged in the position of injection operator in the medium pressure workshop. Hou Kaiqiang, electrical performance inspector, joined ROXZ in 2018 and is engaged in the work of medium electrical performance inspection. He always maintains a rigorous work attitude, actively learns to be competent for multiple inspection positions, and always keep the 5S work area in good condition.

Yu Wangxiang, batching staff, joined ROXZ in 2005 and started working in batching positions in 2010. He is serious and responsible in his work, and actively puts forward reasonable suggestions, which saves the company's costs. During the epidemic period, the batching work was actively completed, which ensured smooth production, and the performance throughout the year was at the forefront of the team.

Zhai Jingxing, craftsman, joined ROXZ in 2009, and started working as a medium-voltage workshop technologist in July 2020. He is responsible for the improvement of tooling and fixtures in the workshop and the 6S management of the workshop, which is convenient for employees to operate, and significantly improve work efficiency. The debugging of robot production increases the product qualification rate.

The mold department, in 2020,loaded and unloaded a total of 1,571 molds, and the total number of machined pieces was 3,877. We have continuous innovation in work. In 2020, we designed and promoted the automatic sales structure of the fixed sealing mold, improved the automation level and operational safety factor of the fixed sealing mold, and filled the blank of the fixed sealing mold without automatic sales. In 2020, the 075 nut mold was realized. The innovation of the repositioning structure, the accuracy can reach ±0.04, which provides a technical guarantee for the rapid mold change of the mold produced by the robot hand. In 2020, the "Mold Design Specification" was formulated, which provided the necessary support for the realization of mold standardization management and filled the gap that the company did not have mold design specifications.
