Zhu Fenfen, sales manager, joined ROXZ in 2012 and is responsible for the maintenance of foreign customers. In 2020, the sales exceeded the budget and the payment rate was good. He also led and cooperated with the technology and supply chain departments to promote cost reduction and developed new foreign customers. Yang Gongbing, design engineer, joined ROXZ in 2013. As a senior employee, he has been working in the trial production process position. Li Zhongzhen, quality engineer, joined ROXZ in 2008. The mold department, in 2020,loaded and unloaded a total of 1,571 molds, and the total number of machined pieces was 3,877. We have continuous innovation in work. In 2020, we designed and promoted the automatic sales structure of the fixed sealing mold, improved the automation level and operational safety factor of the fixed sealing mold, and filled the blank of the fixed sealing mold without automatic sales. In 2020, the 075 nut mold was realized. The innovation of the repositioning structure, the accuracy can reach ±0.04, which provides a technical guarantee for the rapid mold change of the mold produced by the robot hand. In 2020, the "Mold Design Specification" was formulated, which provided the necessary support for the realization of mold standardization management and filled the gap that the company did not have mold design specifications.
