5S Improvement Day
On March 17th, the medium-voltage workshop and the high-voltage workshop leaders and technicians jointly carried out the 5S improvement day activity, and sorted out and rectified the key areas of the workshop site. During the inspection at the end of March, we track the results of the 5S improvement day.
5S training
First of all, Ma Qiang, director of the high-voltage workshop, gave everyone a 5S theoretical training to help everyone have a deeper understand of the 5S content.
The 5S improvement day mainly scores the degree of influence and frequency of use in some areas, so as to find the areas that need to be rectified. Through the method of fixed-point photography wall charts and comparison of before and after, everyone can understand the focus of rectification.
Improve before and after photos
Among them, in the initial evaluation of the sorting stage, all of us forgot that the focus of the sorting activities is to distinguish between what is necessary and what is not, which makes it difficult to distinguish the photos taken on the spot by the frequency of use, and needs to be reworked. This also makes everyone particularly impressed with the finishing requirements.
Through the 5S improvement day, everyone can have a deeper understanding of 5S, but many problems were found in the inspection at the end of March, indicating that our improvement is still on the surface, and it is easy to be ignored over time, and it has not been continuous tracked and cured. It is hoped that in the coming days, the team leaders and craftsmen will take the lead in doing a good job of 5S, forming a spot inspection standard, and truly integrating 5S into daily work.
